What makes Meat Monsters a little unusual? Well, when we say low and slow, we mean it.
There isn’t a good BBQ joint in the world that doesn’t run out! Our big beef briskets, pork shoulders, ribs and other big items are a long time in the cooking! Trimmed, salted and rubbed hours in advance and then smoked for up to 14hours, when they’re gone, they’re gone.
